The return of goods under the right of withdrawal is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase (receipt) of the goods. The withdrawal request must be written in free form and sent to [email protected] or submitted here.
Afterward, the goods must be returned to Redditum or delivered to our legal and actual address without undue delay.

In what cases can the goods be returned within 14 days?
You have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the purchase of the goods, thereby terminating the distance purchase agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.
You are entitled to examine the characteristics of the goods to the extent that would be possible in a regular store, i.e., to inspect the product to determine its nature, but not for any other purpose. Please note that you are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods.
The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the day you, or a third party authorized or designated by you, received the goods for use.
In what cases cannot the goods be returned within 14 days?
Goods cannot be returned within 14 days if:
1. The consumer has opened the packaging and/or damaged the product's protective seal, which, for personal hygiene reasons, is not accepted for return.
2. The goods are perishable or have a short shelf life.
3. The consumer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording, computer program, or game. This also applies to unsealed online game payment cards or interactive television subscriptions.
4. The goods are considered consumables, such as printer cartridges, toners, batteries, accumulators, and similar items.
When receiving goods from the courier, ensure that the packaging is undamaged. If there is any damage, it must be recorded in the delivery acceptance report provided by the courier.
IMPORTANT: If packaging damage is not documented in the acceptance report at the time of receipt, we will not be able to consider claims about packaging or product damage later. If the goods are received in damaged packaging and no report has been drawn up, the goods may not be eligible for return if you decide to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days.
VERY IMPORTANT: If the packaging is intact but upon opening you find:
1. The product has external damage (e.g., a cracked screen or body).
2. Parts listed as included are missing (e.g., a TV without a remote control or a laptop without a charger).
You can submit a claim and exercise your right of withdrawal within three days of receiving the product. Any claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
